Delete your account and data

You can delete your MomentMal account and your data yourself at any time — right in the app or by emailing us.

Option 1: Delete your whole account (in the app)

Open the MomentMal app.
On the home screen, tap your profile picture in the top right to open your profile.
Scroll all the way down and tap “Delete account”.
Confirm the “Really delete your account?” dialog with “Delete forever”.

This permanently and irreversibly deletes your login and all your content — lists, items, memories, photos and memberships.

Option 2: Delete individual data (without deleting your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove individual content. You can delete lists, items and memories in the app at any time.

Option 3: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email office@momentmal.net with your account's email address. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.

Which data is deleted or kept?

Deletion happens immediately. With our service providers and in backups, remnants may technically remain for up to 90 days until they are automatically deleted or overwritten.
